Town Court convenes every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Meredith Town Hall. The Court hears traffic violations, small claims and misdemeanors. In addition, it convenes as necessary for felony arraignments and hearings.

In 2010, the Court handled 131 cases.

The Town Justice is elected for a four-year term. The term of William Field expires in 2013.

The Town Court Clerk is Michele Brower.
