Town Court
Town Court convenes every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Meredith Town Hall. The Court hears traffic violations, small claims and misdemeanors. In addition, it convenes as necessary for felony arraignments and hearings.
In 2007, the Court handled approximately 175 cases.
The two Town Justices are elected for four-year terms. The term of William Field expires in 2013. The term of Nejla Camponeschi expires in 2011.
