Easy Access To Our Electronic Archive
Our new website provides immediate access to many town documents and to application forms that can be downloaded and printed.
This electronic archive currently includes public records such as minutes of both the Town Board and Planning Board, some of the local laws approved during the past three decades and procedures related to building permit and subdivision applications. It will expand over the coming months with additional documents and printable forms.
Documents and forms not shown here can be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk by telephone (746-2431), e-mail (tomclerk@delhi.net) or in person at Town Hall.
Under the New York State Freedom of Information Law (FOIL), access to public records is the right of all citizens. If necessary, citizens can prepare a FOIL request via e-mail to the Town Clerk using information found on the website of the New York State Committee on Open Government: http://www.dos.state.ny.us/coog/emailrequest.htm
