A meeting to discuss ways to enhance, protect and expand agriculture in Meredith was held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 8 at the Meridale Community Church.The meeting, hosted by the Town’s consultants, Community Planning & Environmental Associates of Berne, New York, was attended by more than 30 members of the Meredith community.

The presentation included  results of a recent mail survey on agriculture in Meredith. The project is funded by a $25,000 grant from the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets.
